Xbox controllers isn't supported to Bluetooth connection. So there's a different between PS dualshock and Xbox controller. It makes buying the Wireless adapter only for Xbox's.
But if you have other wireless communications such as a router or PC wireless adapters, it makes blocking the Controller's wireless signal.
The adapter works with win10 very well. Others say it supports win 7 and 8 also, but I didn't test. There are many forums from Korean gaming webzine and sites, Elite controllers and PC wireless adapter are still out of stock. For the reason, the price are increasing between users - over $200 from some used one.
With the stereo connector, headset or earbud successfully connect without any special adapter. The sound quality is good, no white, pink noise. The pros of 3.5 stereo jack helps any headset or earbud using as wireless devices from PC stereo jack. It also makes enjoying PC game as console games.
However, PS dual shock4's analog stick is better for my hands. I'd say the sticks are little bit more sticky and holding tightly. Even thought PS4 is better feeling, I strongly suggest Xbox One or Elite controller. If you're a PC gamer, you probably wouldn't find drivers and software, and installation guides, etc.
Here's a news from MS, they didn't prepare to reproduce the controller for many 'PC gamers' yet..
